Honestly? We're a craft pizza joint on East Windmill where the dough gets cold-fermented, the cheese gets stretched by hand, and the wings come out blistered with crispy skin. We threw "IDK" on the door because every time somebody asked what we do, the answer kept changing - calzones one night, slices the next, sauce that tastes like a Brooklyn corner store.
Built for Las Vegas appetites. Hand-tossed for anybody who knows good crust when they taste it.

food was awesome as usual. They split the IDK Loaded Fries into two containers - presumably because I ordered a meal for two. I ate them all. But I thought this was very cool and thoughtful if I had been sharing.

I totally recommend this place if you want to try a really great pizza. from the dough and the sauce, to the quality of the cheese, you can tell that this guy takes no shortcuts... Easily one of the best, if not the best I had here in Vegas!
